Every disclosed AI data licensing deal since 2023.
Who licensed what to which AI company, for training or for showing in answers, and for how much where anyone said. Each deal links to the publication that disclosed it.
111 deals, 19 with a disclosed amount
What the ledger shows, and what it cannot
Disclosed deals are the large ones: publishers, labels and platforms with enough at stake to announce. Most licences of company records, code and smaller archives are never announced, which is why their prices are on the price board as ranges rather than here as deals.
Only 19 of the 111 deals here carry an amount. Where one does, it is usually a reported annual fee, not a price per unit, so it says more about who is buying than about what any one archive is worth.
