Privacy Regulations 2025 (in force 1 April 2026): contents show no country or scheme prescribed for APP 8.3 (Privacy Regulations 2025 (Cth), F2025L01377, contents list, Parts 4 to 6)

The principal regulations under the Privacy Act (made 13 November 2025, in force 1 April 2026, one version, no amendments) deal with credit reporting, emergencies and payroll numbers. They prescribe no country or binding scheme for APP 8.3, so as far as I could find no country, the US included, is on a list on 2026-10-18 (my reading of the text, the register and the OAIC guidance, which names none).
