Translation: providing pseudonymised information for a purpose the law allows, such as scientific research, and taking payment for it is possible, but pseudonymising data in advance for a general purpose in order to sell it is not allowed. A holder can charge a licence fee for a lot made for a stated research purpose, not build a stock of pseudonymised data to sell later.
