- Does the company selling the data own it, and has someone with authority approved the sale?
- Is any of it data or content you licensed from someone else, such as purchased contact lists, research reports, stock media, fonts or design kits?
- Does the data include text, images, video or files created by others that you do not own (articles, reports, books, customer uploads, screenshots of other products)?
- Did every employee and contractor who created the code, documents or recordings sign an agreement assigning their work to the company?
